1 large banana

¾ cup skim milk (or your favourite kind of milk or milk substitute)

1 tablespoon of honey or coconut sugar.

1 tablespoon of Basic Truth’s Cacao powder almond butter

Chocolate syrup (optional)

Steps to make:

  1. Place the banana, and the milk into a blender and blend.
  2. Add the honey or coconut sugar and the Cacao powder almond butter. Blend again.
  3. Serve it in a glass, and drizzle a small amount of chocolate syrup over the top if you prefer.
