If anyone ask me for sweets, the first thing that hits mind my mind are cupcakes. To make cupcakes a healthy eating food try for this delicious recipe.


1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup Basic Truth Almond Butter – Himalayan Pink Slat Variant.

1/2 cup coconut sugar

20 drops peppermint extract

2/3 cup skim milk


1 avocado 

A bunch of fresh mint

2 tablespoon of coconut sugar

1 cup of water

1/5 cups of coconut manna

Steps to make it happen:

Make cupcakes:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add Almond butter and coconut sugar in a large bowl whisk it for 2 minutes.  Add peppermint extract and beat until fluffy, about 1 minute.
  4. Now add flour mixture and milk alternately in batches until the dough get complete.
  5. Pour the batter into the cupcakes moulds and bake them for 18-20 minutes. Take the cupcakes out and allow to cool down to room temperature. 


To make the frosting. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

Pour the mix into a piping bag and refrigerate it for half to two hours.

Top the cupcakes with the frosting and sprinkle some cacao nibs or dry dates with chopped almonds before you Enjoy!
